The project of the reconstruction of City Center one Split involved extensive modernization and optimization of the existing space, aiming to enhance the quality and attractiveness of the centre. The renovation required improvements in the design, and technical upgrades, optimization of the mix of tenants, and the introduction of innovative materials that would improve the energy efficiency of the building.
The project focused on increasing visitor safety and comfort while maintaining the regular operation of the centre during the works. The improvements offer the visitors an enhanced experience and provide the tenants with an additional value by reducing operational costs and an increase in the attractiveness of the space.
Our services included coordination, management, and control of all phases of the renovation works, encompassing all the specific construction and craftsmanship works. We made a detailed dynamic plans schedule, with particular emphasis placed on the challenge of executing the works while the centre was open for regular business, without compromising visitor safety and comfort.
