The Ora Hotel was constructed during a period of rapid growth in Split’s offer of apartment accommodation, leaving a significant lack of hotel accommodation. This project represents a visionary response to the market demands, creating a business hotel with comfortable rooms, a high-class restaurant, and conference facilities.
Situated in a highly accessible part of Split, the hotel, with its 24 rooms, offers high-quality accommodation, while additional amenities, such as the restaurant and conference halls, meet the demands of the business clientele.
The scope of work in this project encompassed managing the construction of the hotel and supervising all the works, coordinating plans with the contractors and designers, and communication between the investor and the contractors, together with making appropriate adjustments to the specific requirements of the hotel. The project included ensuring high standards of hospitality equipment, compliance with the categorisation requirements for hotels, and a smooth execution of works within the budget and on schedule.
