The residential-commercial complex Mejaši M1–29 and M1–30 is located near the Mall of Split shopping centre, in an attractive area in the eastern part of the city. The complex consists of three buildings, including 175 residential units and 2 commercial spaces, including 202 garage and parking spaces and 110 storage units.
In the Building M1-29, all apartments feature irregularly shaped balconies, and the building’s façade changes appearance depending on the viewing angle. The apartments range from studios to three-bedroom family apartments, and outdoor spaces are carefully landscaped with Mediterranean plants and trees. The Building M1-30, which holds residential units and communal spaces, is enriched with green outdoor areas, creating a pleasant and functional living environment.
This project has significantly contributed to the residential real estate market in Split, providing high-quality living and commercial areas with a focus on modern design, functionality, and sustainability.
In this project, our services included coordination of all the phases of construction. Acting as the Chief Construction Site Engineer, Verat ensured control over all the stages of execution, provided monitoring of the progress of works, and was in charge of optimising the resources. Additionally, coordination with the contractors and designers was maintained, alongside a continuous progress monitoring to ensure the project was completed within the designated budget. Consulting services and expert support throughout all project phases were also provided to the investor.
